  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged, with all original tags, packaging, and documentation included.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect in the craftsmanship.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Refund Process

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please initiate a return for the item you wish to return and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as our return policy.
